About us

———————–

We are a Digital Marketing Optimisation Agency specialised in the travel industry. Our motto: Traffic is nice. Revenue is better.

We improve our clients marketing performance by:

  1. getting an idea of what’s happening via Analytics and  Data Science ,
  2. we improve their sales using CRO techniques
  3. we get more people on the site using SEO and content marketing, that goes without say…

We are picky about the clients we bring on-board. We won’t engage with a firm unless we believe we can make a difference to their business and help them Get Stuff Done. This stops us from taking on board demoralising projects and having us hating our jobs and our clients.

We work with Freelancers around the world and you will be in good company from London, Stockholm, Geneva, Singapore, Bangkok, Taipei, and Sydney.
Opportunity to work from where ever in the world. Fully flexible in term of work hours and location. Find out more

If you decide to pass by Australia, we’ve got some pretty cool digs and office vibes 78 meters from the the sand and the sea in Manly, Sydney’s iconic beach. So get to work with like-minded people, challenge and be challenged, have a laugh, solve problems and surf at lunch time.

The practical bits

We agree on a price (per day, per hour, per article) early on and try to stick to it.
We pay on a weekly basis. We ask invoice to be raised in advanced so the account manager can validate and approve it with finance.
For per article price, we review within the first 2 months whether calculation on both sides are correct.
For work on a daily/hourly basis, I ask folks to track their time and workload using Teamwork (a SAAS software used as our project management tool).
We always have an account/project manager for each project. They are there to make sure everything works smoothly, clear obstacles, obtain extra resources when needed and keep the client happy and informed.
Our onboarding process is quite robust and we make sure you know how we work and what’s happening from the day 1

How we work with clients
——————-
We like clarity and quantifiable objectives, even with PR and outreach.

We usually agree with the client on a number of mentions or links per quarter
We break that down per month and allow a degree of flexibility on a monthly basis.
We usually like to start small, safe projects likely to yield a modest number of mentions but more like to hit our targets. This helps us win our client trust that we can do the work. From there we expand into more interesting ambitious projects.
